How a Catalyst-Connected Workshop Sparked a Successful Business Partnership in Sandwell
In early 2025, SWEDA delivered a marketing workshop as part of the wider Catalyst mission to strengthen connections between private sector companies and third-sector organisations across Sandwell. Among the attendees was freelance website designer Angelika Widz, whose creativity and technical skill stood out from the moment she joined the session.
During the workshop, Angelika engaged deeply with the content, demonstrated real insight into digital marketing challenges, and showcased a portfolio that reflected both passion and potential. Recognising this, the Catalyst team kept her work in mind for future opportunities.

Beatsabar Music Project, a long-established grassroots organisation supporting music, arts, and young creatives, approached Catalyst for help in improving their digital presence.
