Fiona Allan is a qualified and experienced Nutrition Consultant with a life-long passion for the transformative power of good nutrition, cooking, and shared meals. She founded Fiona Allan Nutrition in January 2024, inspired by the challenges families faced accessing dietary information and support following the Covid pandemic.
Through her work, Fiona fulfils her dream of improving Public Health and Community Nutrition. She tackles barriers such as nutritional knowledge, cooking skills, food insecurity, and social inequalities, promoting well-being and healthier communities. Combining professional expertise with lived experience, Fiona connects with individuals and groups, offering services that resonate on a personal level.
